Spearheaded major economic development agenda that has brought in hundreds of new businesses, including a forthcoming Sprouts Farmers Market which will serve as Gloucester County's first premium natural and organic supermarket

Delivered 5 budgets with no municipal tax increase.

Implemented the Washington Township Saves Lives program, a partnership with Uber and local businesses that provides free rides home from alcohol-serving establishments to reduce drunk driving.
Joann has been a Washington Township resident for the last 38 years, as well as a Washington Township High School graduate. She's been married to her husband, Sal, for 25 years, raising their two sons. She previously owned a small business (Gattinelli Pizza & Pasta in Washington Township) for twelve years, and worked in the restaurant business for over twenty.
